Asking old geriatric people -
Surprising, but true. Some of the good bachhas tend to ask their Dadaji’s and Nanaji’s where to go for a good evening bite out and almost everytime land at the local Jain thaliwala’s. |
| Using a Map -
Yes we are living in the age of e-maps but India is still geographically unmappable due to the ever changing landscapes of the Thelawala’s, thanks to the municipality for kicking them from one corner to the other. |

Asking the local paan taprivallas -
Yes, people who are stranger to a city tend to ask about their hangout from every living, breathing thing walking on the road be it the local pan taprivallas, auto vallas or the usual street side lafangas, landing up on the opposite side of the town. |
| Unknowingly giving lift to the great freekhors of India -
Sample this “bhaiyya, yeh inox thane kahan padega” “Bas yahan se right, phir signal se left phir U maarke right aur aapke left side mein dusve number ki dukaan, chaliye main aapko chod deta hoon” and by the time he alights he says “ab aap isi raaste pe U- turn maarke vaapas jaiye aur left mein”. |

| Overshooting your hangout-
Yes, it’s true. There have been many instances of people overshooting their destinations because they were too busy reading all the names of the shops along the way and taking in the scenery.
From the sublimious to the ridiculous (Oh yes, we specialize in finding the ridiculous stuff like Streetside thelawalas, and highway jaunts / pitstops), The Hangout is your portal to find all those freakin cool places in and around town, whether you are a casual roamer or a serious nightowl, you sure as hell won’t be disappointed. |
